Independent, family-owned veterinary group are looking for a Head Vet required to lead a fabulous team at a small animal practice in Merseyside. The new Head Vet will be a key member of the surgery’s management team. Looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care. The required working pattern is 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends with no OOH - the Head Vet will be required to be on call if they have any overnight inpatients.
