Our client is offering a unique opportunity to lead, shape, and grow a charming clinic with deep local roots and exciting potential for development.
Located in a converted house on the high street, the practice has a personal, familiar atmosphere and a loyal client base who truly value continuity of care. With one consult room and a compact surgical theatre, it’s a perfect setting for a vet who values meaningful client relationships and hands-on care. Backed by the strength of the team, you will never be alone, collaboration with nearby clinics and 24-hour hospitals is always available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care in consults and procedures
- Inspire, mentor and develop your team to grow and perform at their best
- Work alongside the Practice Manager to support strong commercial performance
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence and compliance
- Be a key player in an exciting practice relaunch and growth phase
- Have excellent communication skills
This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week over 4 or 5 days with 1:6 weekends. Flexible part-time options for the right candidate can also be arranged, so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £75,000 FTE DOE and a range of benefits including:
