My client is a corporately owned practice who are searching for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon.
This is a great opportuntiy for an experienced Vet to take their step into the world of leadership, and progress further in their career.
You will be responsible for leading your team, engaging and mentoring them to enhance their skills and utilise them in the most effective way. You will need to inspire them, sharing new or evolving practice standards and changes to processes. You will also be responsible for completing clinical handovers and arranging transfer of any patients needing OOH or enhanced care. Also, you will need to work closely with the practice manager to maximise commercial performance with focus on key measures.
The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered, and will be able to confidently demonstrate clinical leadership skills. You will also have an understanding and appreciation of exceptional care and how this improves the client experience.
