Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a role with a supportive environment, work life balance and a structured work schedule?
JR is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients team working alongside their experienced vets with diverse interests whilst supported by the dedicated nursing team of RVNs, student nurses, and care assistants, with a strong front-of-house team, ensuring smooth client management and diary scheduling. This team enjoy regular vet dinners to discuss cases, ideas, and innovations and has a collaborative ethos with a focus on helping all team members achieve their goals.
Established in 2016, the practice has grown steadily under the leadership of their Clinical Lead Vet and Practice Manager. The practice has also been awarded ISFM Silver Cat Friendly and RWAF Silver Rabbit Friendly statuses, reflecting high standards of care and provides a loyal client base built on strong relationships and a personalized approach to pet care. With great transport links to Liverpool, Manchester, and Preston, this practice is equipped to deliver high-quality care, with a focus on both pet and owner needs.
This role offers a relaxed and structured work schedule with 20-minute consultations and regular catch-up slots and time for same-day or urgent cases, with no double booking of consults and robust nurse triaging for emergencies. The Clinic also closes 30 minutes before the end of the day, ensuring minimal late finishes.
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 7.30pm with 1:4 weekends Saturday 9am – 4pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm. However, our client can be flexible and is happy to consider a part-time role for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £70,000 FTE DOE with a range of benefits including
