The Practice:
Our experienced team has been looking after pets across Monmouthshire, Gwent and Powys since the 1980s, providing the highest standards of veterinary care.

- Strong team of 12 vets, including cert holders in Surgery, Medicine & Radiology and visiting specialists, plus an exceptionally skilled nursing team and valued support colleagues
- A stable, loyal client base with a strong focus on quality care
The Role:

You’ll take a central leadership role within the practice, with the autonomy to shape clinical standards, develop your team, and influence the future direction of the service, effectively steering the practice through periods of change. If you’re passionate about progressive veterinary medicine, mentoring others, and building a culture of excellence, this role offers the platform to truly make your mark.
