Up to £60,000 | 4 Day Week | No OOH | Certificate Funding
A proudly independent, multi award-winning small animal practice in a Norfolk market town close to the stunning North Norfolk coast is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-resourced, collaborative team.
The practice is part of a well-regarded independent group and has a strong, supportive team — five vets, four RVNs, one SVN, three VCAs and five receptionists. Experienced vet support is readily available and the culture is genuinely collaborative. Facilities include dental X-ray, digital X-ray, ultrasound and a full on-site laboratory running biochemistry, haematology, snap tests, urinalysis and microscopy.
The role is a well-balanced mix of consults and ops each week. Consults run at 15 minutes from 8.30am in spaced blocks throughout the day, giving genuine time to follow up cases rather than being pressured between appointments. Four days per week from 8.30am to 6.30pm with the same day off every week.
One in five Saturdays. No out of hours.
