Hours: 30–40 per week | No OOH | Shared weekends

- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice
- Confident in both routine and complex procedures
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Keen to support team development and foster a positive learning environment
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support clinical development plans and provide skills coaching
- Lead and motivate the wider veterinary team
- Oversee high standards in both clinical care and client service
- Take initiative with emergency and more complex cases
- Monitor team performance, manage absence, and uphold accountability
