We’re working with a thriving Independent Veterinary Practice in beautiful Norfolk, known for its strong community spirit, exceptional clinical care, and varied caseload including exotics, small mammals, and first opinion work.
Whether you're experienced with exotics or curious to learn, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy team with a great reputation across the region.
🩺 The Role:
- Small animal and exotics caseload (support and training available)
- 4-day week with fixed weekday off (includes regular long weekends!)
- Shifts: 8:30am – 7:00pm with scheduled team rounds and proper handovers
- No nights – dedicated in-house night team covers OOH
- Consult-only role considered
- Support for certificates, including funding and mentorship

💼 The Package:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £75,000 DOE
- 7 weeks holiday (rising to 8.25 weeks after 1 year)
