Are you an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a thriving independent practice in North Cornwall? A long-established, RCVS-accredited mixed practice is seeking a confident and enthusiastic vet to become part of their friendly and supportive small animal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy genuine clinical freedom within a well-established independent practice that places patient care, staff wellbeing, and professional development at the forefront. You'll be joining a collaborative team with access to excellent facilities, a varied caseload, and strong support from experienced colleagues. 🩺🐕🐈

📅 Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

• 3 or 4 day working week.
• 15-minute consultations as standard.
• Out of Hours: 1 week in every 8 weeks with no day shifts during the OOH week.
• Weekends: 1 Saturday morning clinic in every 18 weeks.
• Flexible and supportive approach to work-life balance.

• Established, RCVS-accredited independent mixed practice.
• Located in beautiful North Cornwall, surrounded by countryside and within 30 minutes of the famous coastline.
• Excellent transport links with easy access to Exeter, Plymouth, the A30, and M5.
• Recently expanded facilities with plenty of space and modern equipment.
• Equipped with:
  • 2 operating theatres
  • Dedicated dental suite

👥 About the Role & Team:

• Join a welcoming Small Animal team consisting of 9 vets and 11 nurses.

🎯 About You (To Be Considered):

• Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon.
• MRCVS registered (or eligible to register).
• Confident working both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach to veterinary practice

Please note: This position is not suitable for New Graduates or Veterinary Surgeons requiring Visa Sponsorship (candidates must already possess full Right to Work in the UK).

• Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
