We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving veterinary practice in North East London, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Veterinary Surgeon to join their well-established, forward-thinking team.
This role is ideal for a vet who thrives on case continuity, values a supportive team environment, and is looking for a flexible and balanced approach to working life.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ clinical experience, with at least one year in UK practice
- Passionate about early diagnostics, case work-up and continuity
- Confident in both consults and routine surgery
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Committed to delivering consistent, compassionate care
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering preventive and routine care
- Diagnosing and managing a varied caseload
- Working closely with the team to provide continuity and excellent standards
- Using your daily protected admin hour to support your clinical decision-making and client communication
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
Working Pattern:
- Full-time is based on a 4-day week (9-hour days) with a fixed day off
- 1 in 4 weekends on rotation
- Protected admin time built into every day
- Flexible hours and patterns considered—we’re happy to tailor a schedule that suits you
