Are you an experienced RVN ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving, busy practice as Senior RVN – a role where no two days are the same, and your input will directly shape the success of the clinic and the team.
About the Role
You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with a new senior vet and a dedicated nursing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting and motivating the nursing team
- Overseeing diary management, clinical governance, and equipment maintenance
- Ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of patient care
- Playing a key role in team engagement and development
- Leadership training will be provided, giving you all the tools to succeed and grow into this role.

What’s on Offer
💷 Salary between £34,000 – £39,000 DOE
📅 40-hour working week including 1:4 Saturday mornings & 1:10 Sundays
