Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a practice where your ideas, development and contribution genuinely matter?
This could be a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive small animal practice in Northamptonshire, with a loyal client base, established team and an exciting period of growth ahead.
The Role
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am – 6pm
- No OOH or Sundays
- Varied caseload including consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning and routine surgery
- Opportunity to help shape the future direction of the practice
- Scope to contribute to clinical protocols and standards of care
- Opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues
- High level of clinical autonomy with support from an experienced team

About You
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon who:
- Has ideally 2–3+ years' post-qualification experience
- Is comfortable working independently across consultations, diagnostics and routine surgery
- Has excellent communication and client care skills
- Takes a proactive approach to clinical development
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Is passionate about maintaining high standards of patient care
Due to the level of autonomy required, this position would not be suitable for a new graduate.
