Veterinary Surgeon – Autonomy, Career Development & Growth Opportunity

An established small animal practice in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident vet looking for greater autonomy, the ability to develop their own caseload, and the freedom to pursue particular interests within a well-equipped practice.
This role is particularly suited to an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable with sole charge, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and is looking to make a meaningful impact within a loyal and established client base.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will benefit from a high level of autonomy, allowing them to shape their own caseload while developing interests in medicine or surgery. The practice is well-equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities, enabling a high standard of patient care.

The Role
- Full-time position working 40 hours over 4 days
- Part-time applications will also be considered
- Shared weekend rota (approximately 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital)
