About Us:

Our Facilities:
Our well-equipped practice includes:
- Six consult rooms
- Imaging suite
- Dedicated dental suite including dental X-ray
- Two theatres
- Laparoscopic kit
- Endoscope
- Multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring
- Full in-house laboratory (bloods, urinalysis and cytology
- Visiting specialists in orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery
- In ground pool for carrying out Hydrotherapy
We are proud to support professional development, with two vets currently working towards certificates — one in surgery and one in medicine.
Our multidisciplinary team enhances the care we provide, including an ACPAT Physiotherapist, who is based in practice two days per week, delivering both land‑based and pool‑based rehabilitation for our own clients as well as taking referrals.
In addition, we have a pain consultant, behaviourist and acupuncturist who works from the practice three days per week, enabling a truly holistic and collaborative approach to patient care.
About you:
We are looking for a vet who is experienced and is competent at sole charge and who importantly enjoys being a vet working with passionate colleagues striving to provide the best care possible to our clients and patients whilst supporting our own out of hours service which we are very proud of.
We are keen to support you if you've got a particular area of clinical interest, so whatever your dream job looks like, we'll try our best to make it happen!
We can offer you:
- An approachable, enthusiastic team who are excited to welcome a new vet to the practice
- A forward-thinking practice with clinical freedom. We are keen to do as much as possible in house and develop our interests
- 1:5 OOH rota, with a day off after a weeknight on call and a long weekend after an on-call weekend, this works out as an average of 29 hours per week on day shifts after TOIL for any OOH worked.
- Nurses are on site in the practice 24/7 for assisting with emergencies, triaging calls and for inpatient care
- Good work/life balance with time back for any rare overtime worked and 3 days with 5pm finish.
- Well managed diary with 15-minute appointments as routine, and double appointments booked for complex cases. There are reserved book on day appointments for emergencies and we also have 30 minutes of catch-up time factored in prior to finishing for the day.
