Veterinary Surgeon – Full or Part Time – Shropshire
A well-established veterinary practice in Shrewsbury, Shropshire is seeking a friendly and proactive Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive team. This is a permanent role, available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering excellent flexibility for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care, supported by modern diagnostic equipment and a culture of continuous improvement.
Practice Highlights:
Based in a convenient and well-connected location within Shrewsbury

Facilities include:
K-laser
Separate dog and cat waiting areas and kennels
Ultrasonography
Full suite of in-house lab equipment including Imagyst
The practice works closely with a local 24-hour hospital for out-of-hours care and referral support. This nearby facility also provides access to:

Hydrotherapy and physiotherapy services
The Team:
2 Veterinary Surgeons
4 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs)
2 Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs)
2 Client Care Assistants (CCAs)
Working Pattern:
Full-time (40 hours/week) with 1 in 6 weekends at the nearby 24-hour hospital
Flexible part-time options available (2–3 days per week) – open to discussion
Candidate Requirements:
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Confident in providing excellent patient and client care
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, well-supported environment
Open to developing clinical interests with support
