Location: Somerset & Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time
Global Veterinary Careers is supporting a progressive, multi-site veterinary practice network in Somerset & Wiltshire with the addition of a Veterinary Surgeon.
This is an ideal role for a passionate vet who wants to develop their clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment with access to modern facilities, a strong team, and loyal clients.

- Work with an experienced, multi-disciplinary team including Certificate holders and visiting specialists
- Access modern consulting rooms, theatres, isolation units, and onsite laboratory facilities
- Diagnostic imaging includes ultrasound, digital & dental x-ray, plus a brand-new CT scanner at the referral hospital
- Participate in a pro-rata out-of-hours veterinary rota with dedicated hospital support
- All sites are cat-friendly clinics with ISFM accreditation
The Role
- Deliver routine consultations and surgeries
- Work collaboratively with vets, nurses, and support staff
- Support and develop your clinical expertise in multiple areas, including orthopaedics, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry
- Engage in continuing professional development and career progression opportunities
About You
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with VetGDP completed
- Confident in consults, surgery, and teamwork
- Open to learning and progressing in new clinical areas
- Strong communicator and team player
