An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team in South Somerset. The position is ideally suited a vet with experience, who is confident dealing with a medical and surgical caseload and a passion for mentoring would be advantageous, as the practice grows. VetGDP advisor would be beneficial. This is a permanent, full time role but hours are open to discussion and the owner is very supportive and an advocate for work / life balance. Saturday mornings on a rota. No OOH required. You will work alongside an experienced, long-standing team who have a great reputation in the local community. The practice is RCVS ‘Outstanding’ for Client Care and Inpatient Services. Well equipped practice with 20 minute consults. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience, with CPD supported and encouraged along with great career development opportunities. Situated a 5 minute walk from a train station.
