We have a part-time opportunity, offering great work life balance, for a committed vet to join our friendly team at Isle Valley Vets.

We are a busy first opinion, RCVS accredited, village practice and our fantastic team are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and clients. 

The practice has modern facilities allowing us to offer a high-quality service including sophisticated diagnostics, in-house laboratory and comprehensive inpatient care.

We have a visiting ultra sonographer and run outpatient clinics weekly.

We are also lucky to have our very own in-house behaviourist!

We’re proud to hold GOLD level cat friendly status, meaning we have been highly recognised by the International Society of Feline Medicine. 

Sustainability is a large focus, and we run a TerraCycle recycling scheme allowing us to recycle our pet food, plastic packaging, medicine blister packs and PPE.

The Role:

We’re looking for a confident vet comfortable with sole charge work including routine surgeries.

• Salary – dependent on experience
• FTC (Maternity Cover) - January 2026 - October 2026
• Part-time - 2 weekdays and a 1-in-4 Saturday mornings
• Hours – weekdays 8:30am until 18:30pm, Saturday mornings 8:30am-13:00pm
• No OOH or on-call 

Our Team:

We’re an experienced, supportive, and welcoming team that works collaboratively across all areas of the practice.

Our team typically includes:

• 4 part-time Vets
• 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses
• 1 Behaviourist
• 2 Receptionists
• 1 Practice Manager
