Are you a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent small animal practice in South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, vet-led organisation that genuinely values clinical excellence, professional development and work-life balance.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced and loyal clinical support team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the practice while delivering exceptional patient care. Whether your passion lies in consulting, surgery or a particular clinical discipline, you'll be fully supported to develop your interests, with investment available for equipment and resources that enhance patient care.

As part of a larger independent veterinary group, you'll also have access to a network of experienced certificate holders across a wide range of disciplines, including soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, neurology, dermatology, exotics, oncology and more. This collaborative environment provides excellent opportunities for case discussion, mentorship and continued learning.

Career Development

If you're looking to progress your career, you'll be joining a practice that actively invests in its veterinary teams. Enhanced CPD packages and certificate funding are available, alongside opportunities for internal progression within a growing, vet-led organisation.

The practice is committed to ensuring clinicians can always recommend the most appropriate treatment options for their patients, with supportive client care initiatives designed to help make treatment decisions more accessible.

About You

You'll be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care. Previous leadership experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate with the ambition to step into a senior role.
