Veterinary Surgeon – Part-Time Opportunity (3 Days Per Week)

A welcoming and well-established small animal practice in South East London is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet looking to enjoy a rewarding role while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
The role offers a flexible three-day working week, with options for either 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital. There is also flexibility to accommodate half-day working arrangements where required, making this a great fit for a range of lifestyle needs.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment led by an experienced clinical team, supported by skilled nurses and a dedicated practice manager. The practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory facilities, and modern consult and theatre spaces, enabling high-quality clinical care across a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in consultations and surgical procedures
- Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients

- Contribute to ongoing learning and knowledge sharing within the team
Candidate Requirements
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care
- Effective communicator and team player
- Interest in developing skills or pursuing areas of special interest
