A well-established small animal practice in South East London is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, growing team. Previously nominated for both Practice of the Year and Vet of the Year at the Petplan Veterinary Awards, this is a practice with a genuine reputation for clinical excellence and a real commitment to the people within it.
The surgery is purpose-built and fully equipped to industry-leading standards, with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, dental X-ray, blood pressure monitoring, tonometry, cautery and suction, and a high-specification four-probe ultrasound machine. Free parking is available and the practice sits within easy reach of excellent transport links in South East London.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with one in four Saturdays and no out of hours responsibility. Salary is up to £70,000 depending on experience. The team includes vets, RVNs, SVNs, VCAs, CCAs and a Practice Manager, creating a well-resourced environment where clinical work can take centre stage.
Vets within the team have gone on to achieve certificates in Ophthalmology and Small Animal Medicine during their time here, and regular in-house training sessions mean development is always on the agenda.
