Are you a confident Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior, sole-charge GP role where you’ll have the autonomy to run the day-to-day clinical work — with the full backing of a supportive management team and referral hospital when needed.
The Role
You’ll take the lead in a friendly and busy first-opinion practice, managing routine consults, surgeries, and clinical decision-making while mentoring a fellow vet working across nearby sites. You’ll be supported by experienced RVNs, students, and front-of-house staff, all focused on maintaining excellent patient care and high team morale.
You’ll have:
✅ Full clinical support for complex cases from a nearby 24-hour hospital
✅ Regional management team guidance for clinical and operational decisions
✅ The opportunity to shape and grow the branch team

💷 Salary between £64,000 – £85,000 DOE (FTE)
🕐 4-day working week (Mon–Thu)
📅 Shared branch Saturday rota & 1:10 Sunday rota at nearby hospital
