Expanding independent veterinary group is seeking an experienced veterinary leader to oversee clinical and operational performance across multiple sites, including a busy hospital and emergency service in Southwest London. Depending on the Individual Applicant the role could be Clinical or Non Clinical.
Key responsibilities include:
• Clinical and operational leadership
• Team development and people management
• Clinical governance and patient safety
• Service development and growth
• Client and referral relationship management
• Driving operational efficiency and performance
