We’re working with a thriving independent clinic in South West London looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. The practice is split between a dedicated dog & exotic clinic and a fully separate cat-only clinic, each equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound with echocardiography, multiparameter monitoring, and Casco kennels with integrated heating and lighting.
You’ll work alongside an experienced, certificate-holding team with a supportive and collaborative approach. The caseload includes a broad range of surgical and medical work, from routine procedures to advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.
- £65,000 – £80,000 per annum (higher for certificate holders)
- 4-day week (approx. 40 hours, or 30 for the right person)
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only (no OOH)
- 6 weeks total paid holiday (including bank holidays and birthday day off)
- Private health insurance, CPD funded and encouraged, cycle-to-work scheme available
