Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting for a Head Vet to lead a client's dynamic team in South Yorkshire. This is a unique opportunity to drive clinical excellence, inspire a talented team, and shape the future of a thriving practice.
As the Head Vet, you’ll be a pivotal member of the management team, responsible for:
- Leading the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to deliver gold-standard, evidence-based care.
- Overseeing the strategic vision of the practice.
This role offers:
- No OOH, but on-call support is required for overnight patients.
- A balanced work schedule of 4 days per week.
