Our client is a respected and long-established practice with over 100 years of outstanding service and are looking for a Clinical Director to lead their dedicated team and help shape the future of veterinary care in Staffordshire.
The successful candidate will be working alongside, guiding and supporting a skilled, close-knit team in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment also supported by excellent facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, ophthalmology tools, and more.
You can expect a varied caseload from routine to advanced procedures (laparoscopy, soft tissue, orthopaedics, ophthalmology referrals), whilst offering a rich and fulfilling clinical experience.
You will have an outstanding Team of 9 experienced Vets, including a certificate holder in Ophthalmology and several pursuing further qualifications (Surgery, ECC, Acupuncture).
This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week with 1:6 Saturdays 8.30am – 1pm and 1:6 Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm.
This role offers a salary up to £80,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
