On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon lead and continue the development of the clinical side of their first opinion practice in Tamworth.
This role offers clinical freedom and the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of newly qualified vets, fostering their growth in confidence and skills. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and experienced support team, maintaining high standards of care and helping the practice evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the clinical team.
- Mentor and support newly qualified vets.
- Maintain high standards of veterinary care.
- Collaborate with owners and Practice Manager.
- Share new ideas and contribute to practice growth.
Details:
- Salary starting at £68,000
- 4 or 5 days per week (40 hours full-time).
- 1:3 weekends (Saturdays only).
- Potential partner ownership shares for the right candidate.
- Funding for further study towards Veterinary Management courses or clinical qualifications.
