Are you an experienced Vet looking for your next challenge in a supportive, well-equipped practice? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s dedicated team, working in a modern, well-established practice with a strong community focus.
Main Details:
💷 Competitive salary – £55,000 to £65,000 DOE
⏳ 4-day work week (36 hours) – ensuring work-life balance
🏡 Choice of branch – based at either a Suffolk or Norfolk practice
📞 Minimal out-of-hours – 1 in 10-12 weekends (with additional pay)
🎯 Paid CPD & certificate support – CPD budget + leave
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take a leadership role in a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice with a fantastic reputation. The role involves:
✔ Working collaboratively within a multi-branch team
✔ Clinical freedom to provide gold-standard care to patients
✔ Inpatient-only evening duties – no client calls
✔ Weekend rota (1 in 10-12) – with a Friday off the following week
