- Clinical Services Manager (must be a RCVS Registered Vet)
- Ability to manage large teams

- Responsible for developing people, maintaining personal development and performance across the clinical team.
- You will be tasked with maintaining clinical rotas, staffing levels, monitoring attendance and holidays.
- Managing equipment/service contract records and stick to budget, whilst considering future clinical needs.
- Adhere to health & safety policies, audits, training, and compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service & handle complaints.
