Looking for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Services Manager to join a senior leadership team at an independent specialist referral hospital in Surrey. In this key role, you’ll support the clinical team, lead operations, and help deliver exceptional care to the patients and clients. Duties will include; 1. Lead, support and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams 2. Oversee scheduling, workflows, and resource planning 3. Ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance 4. Drive hospital-wide communication and team wellbeing 5. Act as a point of contact for quality assurance, audits and H&S The candidate will have team leadership experience be organised, empathetic, and confident under pressure. Skilled in people management, operations, and communication. It would be a bonus if the vet also has management qualification or referral hospital experience.
