Vet Surgeon with Surgical Bias Required for Independent Small Animal Vet Practice in Surrey. Supportive, experienced team: 5 RVNs, strong reception, 5 vets with expertise across medicine, surgery, behaviour and exotics. The role will be a 4 day week (3 ops days) with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-12pm) and No OOH, Sundays, or Bank Holidays – consults are 20 minutes. Looking for a confident surgeon who loves team collaboration, holistic care, and empowering others. Future lead role potential.
