If you are an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for your next challenge, our client has an exciting full-time opportunity available!
The role would suit a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon. This role offers a great work-life balance with no out-of-hours or bank holiday work required. A typical day will involve managing an interesting and varied caseload, both medical and surgical.
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Weekends: 1 in 9 weekends (8 AM - 4 PM Saturday, 10 AM - 2 PM Sunday) and 1 in 9 Saturdays (8 AM - 4 PM), with time off in lieu the following week.
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide expert care for clients and their pets, maintaining high standards of patient and client care.
** Collaborate with a friendly and compassionate team, contributing your skills and strengths to ensure a harmonious team ethos.
** Work to a high level of clinical excellence, supporting the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme.
** Strive for exceptional levels of client service and satisfaction.
** Manage early (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM) and late (10 AM - 8 PM) shifts, with consulting appointments lasting 15 minutes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a small animal practice.
- Strong medical, imaging, and surgical skills.
- Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating warmth, compassion, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
