Salary: £45,000 – £65,000+ DOE
Are you an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a genuinely supportive, independent practice where clinical freedom, teamwork and work–life balance truly come first? The Opportunity
This is a permanent GP Veterinary Surgeon role based at a busy branch clinic, working closely with an established hospital, emergency service and referral team. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to practice medicine your way, backed by experienced colleagues and access to advanced clinical support when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality small animal GP consultations and routine procedures
- Work collaboratively with hospital, emergency and referral teams
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and supportive team culture
- Maintain excellent clinical and communication standards
About You
- MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- 2–3+ years’ UK small animal GP experience
- Confident in consults and routine surgery
- Enthusiastic about continued learning and development
- Values teamwork, empathy, honesty and professionalism
Rota & Work-Life Balance
- 4-day week
- 10-hour shifts (between 7:30am–7:30pm)
- 1 in 6 weekends and bank holidays
- Time off in lieu for weekends worked

- £45,000 – £65,000+ DOE (higher for certificate holders/APs)
