Our client is seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to complete their talented trio including a dentistry enthusiast and dermatology and diagnostics expert. Could you be the surgeon that makes this team complete?
Established since 1985, this RCVS-accredited small animal practice is trusted by a loyal client base and equipped with 3 consult rooms and a spacious theatre, separate cat and dog wards, video endoscopy, dental suite with x-ray, and digital radiography and a skilled team of 2 experienced vets, dedicated RVNs, and exceptional support staff.
Located just 20 mins to Newcastle upon Tyne and with easy access to the A1(M) and Newcastle International Airport there are also excellent transport links with close proximity to urban convenience and countryside calm.
This team are specifically looking for a RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest and experience in surgery (orthopaedics or soft tissue welcomed) and can be an excellent team player with a progressive, client-focused approach and confident in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures as well as a natural mentor and motivator, keen to inspire others.
This is a permanent, full time role with a salary up to £60,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
