🌟 Brand-New Luxury Veterinary Clinic in Kent | Opening Soon Clinical Director / Lead Vet + Veterinary Surgeons | £55,000–£87,000+| 4-Day Week | Brand-New State-of-the-Art Clinic GVC are assisting with the recruitment for a brand-new, state-of-the-art luxury veterinary clinic opening in Kent This is a rare opportunity to join a clinic from the very beginning, whether you're an experienced Vet looking for your next move, a Vet ready to take that step into leadership, or an established Clinical Director looking for the opportunity to truly shape and build something special. 🐾 Clinical Director / Lead Vet We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership and building a fantastic team culture. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the clinic from day one, with responsibility across both the clinical and leadership sides of the business. You’ll spend around 80% of your time clinically, while also:- Leading, supporting and developing the veterinary team
- Working closely with the Head RVN and Practice Manager
- Driving clinical standards, governance and evidence-based medicine
- Supporting CPD, education and clinical development
- Helping shape the culture, processes and client experience
- Supporting recruitment and team growth
- Contributing to clinic strategy, KPIs and financial performance
- Being a key figurehead for the new clinic and helping establish its reputation locally
- Brand-new state-of-the-art luxury clinic

- 4-day working week following the initial opening period
- Clinical Director salaries from £76k+
- Vet salaries £55k–£75k
