🩺 The Role
- Salary from £50,000–£75,000, depending on experience.
- 4-day working week once the practice is fully up and running.
- Shared weekend rota.
- No out-of-hours or on-call commitments.
- Dedicated CPD allowance to support your ongoing development.
- Modern, purpose-designed facilities with patient comfort at the heart of everything.
- A supportive team structure with clear clinical and operational leadership.
- A Clinical Director providing clinical leadership and support.
- Two veterinary teams working collaboratively.
- A Head Nurse and two Registered Veterinary Nurses.
- A dedicated practice management team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
