Who They Are GVC is supporting a small animal practice in Exeter with an established, collaborative team and a varied caseload, including exposure to exotics within the wider vet team. The practice is supported by a strong clinical set-up and ongoing leadership support. Team structure includes:- 3 Veterinary Surgeons (including one with an exotics interest)
- 3 RVNs, 1 SVN
- 2 VCAs and 2 client care colleagues
- Deliver high standards in consulting and surgery with patient safety and client communication at the centre
- Work up cases using available diagnostics to support sound clinical decisions
- Contribute to a collaborative clinical culture—sharing knowledge and supporting the team
- Maintain strong clinical and operational compliance standards in day-to-day work
- Salary up to £65,000 DOE (FTE)
