GVC are assisting a fantastic hospital environment in the Rotherham area with the recruitment of a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a GP day vet who enjoys variety and wants to work in a hospital where you can see cases through from start to finish. With a dedicated night team, the practice is able to keep patients in-house, giving the day team excellent continuity of care and allowing you to follow cases rather than handing them over elsewhere.

You don't need to have already found your niche. In fact, this role could be perfect if you enjoy every aspect of being a vet and want to keep developing across the board.
An imaging certificate holder will be joining the team soon, bringing excellent knowledge and a real passion for mentoring vets who are keen to develop their skills in diagnostic imaging.
The owner is also a surgical certificate holder with a real passion for surgery, so there is plenty of opportunity to develop your surgical skills too.

We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team, values patient continuity and wants to be part of a genuinely supportive hospital environment.
