We’re looking for a friendly, dedicated, and skilled Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to join our close-knit, independent practice in the heart of Wandsworth, SW London.

The Role:
As an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll take on a fulfilling mix of consultations and surgeries, contributing to the smooth running of the practice and the high standard of care our clients expect. You’ll also play an active role in client communication, case management, and team collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
★ Delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients in both consults and theatre
★ Developing trusted relationships with clients through clear and compassionate communication
★ Working closely with our supportive nursing and reception team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
★ Contributing to case discussions and maintaining our positive ethos
★ Participating in the shared Saturday morning rota (1 in 3, 9am–1pm)
What We’re Looking For:
★ Minimum 3 years of experience in small animal practice (MRCVS registered)
★ Strong clinical and surgical skills, with confidence managing routine procedures independently
★ A caring, professional, and calm approach to both clients and colleagues
★ A proactive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive and respectful work environment
★ Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and client service
