Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their multiple award-winning, RCVS-accredited practice with a strong focus on quality care, collaboration, and work-life balance. Located in Warwickshire, this team are proud of their warm, supportive culture and commitment to continuous improvement.
You will be working alongside a Veterinary Surgeon/Owner who offers 13+ years of experience, an RVN/Owner with 22+ years of experience as well as the Practice Manager, Veterinary Care Assistant and the friendly front of house team.
You can expect 20-minute consultations with admin, breaks, and protected lunch built into the diary, as well as full clinical support from day one and interesting caseloads with a healthy mix of consults and surgery. Last consult is at 6:30pm to protect end-of-day finish times, this role has No OOH or late-night shifts.
The successful candidate will preferably have 2-3+ years of UK small animal experience and is confident in routine surgery, medicine and consultations. The ability to be a great communicator, team player and passionate about high-quality care is beneficial as well comfortable with sole charge.
This is a permanent full time role 9am – 5pm and 11am – 7pm with 1:3 Saturdays 9am – 5pm. However, our client can be flexible so please do let us know your preferences.
