Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a permanent role with clinical autonomy and exceptional work-life balance? We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving, supportive client practice in Warwickshire, centrally located with fantastic access to Birmingham, Coventry, and a direct train line to London Euston!

The Role & Rota
We are looking for a capable all-rounder with a broad range of GP skills, comfort in sole charge, and excellent communication.
- Position: Permanent, Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon.
- Hours: Standard shifts alternate between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Weekends: Manageable 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Flexibility: While full-time is ideal, flexible working hours and alternatives can be discussed!
- OOH: NO Out-of-Hours duties required.
