Fab Full Time Vet Role In Warwickshire!
Warwickshire, United Kingdom
My client is proud to be a multiple award-winning, RCVS-accredited GP standard practice with Silver Cat Friendly status and RWAF accreditation. The practice continues to grow, taking on a wide range of interesting medical and surgical cases, and they are now looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and welcoming team in Warwickshire.
The team is made up of experienced vets, RVNs, client care colleagues and a dedicated practice manager who also supports wellbeing within the workplace. Everyone works closely together, and the practice places a big focus on creating a happy, friendly environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.
This role is ideally full time, with shifts of 9am–5pm and 11am–7pm and a 1-in-3 Saturday rota (9am–5pm). However, my client is very open to flexible working and happy to discuss alternatives. Appointments are 20 minutes as standard, with the last one at 6:30pm to help the team finish on time. Admin time, breaks and a protected lunch are built into the day, ensuring you have time to stay on top of your workload without sacrificing your wellbeing.
Due to the nature of the position, my client is looking for an experienced vet with solid GP skills, someone confident working independently when needed, with great communication skills and a strong team approach.
You’ll be joining a genuinely lovely team and will also benefit from a strong package, including:
• Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
• 5.6 weeks holiday
• Life assurance (4× annual salary)
• Contributory pension scheme
• Paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS)
• CPD encouraged, with support for certificates
• Flexible working options
• No OOH
• Cycle-to-work scheme
• Access to wellbeing and colleague support programmes
• Company discounts and rewards
The practice itself is modern, purpose-built and fully equipped, including facilities for cryotherapy. It is based in a well-connected area of Warwickshire with excellent amenities, strong public transport links, plenty of parking, and easy access to nearby towns, cities and major road networks.
If you’re an experienced vet looking for a role where you’ll be supported, appreciated and able to work in a genuinely positive environment, then get in touch for more details.
