The Rota: Built-in Balance
The schedule is designed to ensure you have the head-space to lead effectively:
- The Week: 4 days per week (9-hour shifts).
- The Hours: Average 39-hour working week.
- The Weekend: A fair 1 in 4 rotation.
- Admin Time: Dedicated administrative time is built into every shift, ensuring you stay on top of management without the late-night "hustle."
