GLG Vets is excited to partner with a highly-regarded veterinary practice in West London to recruit a dedicated and experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious veterinary professional ready to lead a team, drive clinical excellence, and make a real impact in a thriving practice.
Location: West London
Hours: 35 hours per week (including some weekend and bank holiday work)
Salary: Circa £70,000 DOE

The Role
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a dynamic team of veterinary professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of patient and client care.
- Perform a mix of consultations and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the practice manager to achieve business and clinical goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and team development.
About You
- MRCVS qualification with extensive experience in small animal practice.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client and patient care.
- Strong clinical skills, including surgical and diagnostic expertise.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
