We’re working with a fantastic independent practice in West London to find a confident and capable Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly, experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet with around 3+ years’ experience who enjoys a mix of consults and surgery, and is ready to thrive in a supportive and positive working environment. You'll be part of a collaborative group of professionals who genuinely enjoy what they do — and who value work-life balance just as much as patient care.
💼 The Role at a Glance
- Full-time position – 4 days per week
- 1 in 5 weekends with a share of long weekends off
- No out-of-hours
- Flexible working options available
- Ideal for a confident, self-sufficient vet (3+ years qualified)
- Interest in small furries welcomed, but not essential
- Supportive, multi-vet team (7 Vets, 4 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 1 VCA, and 6 Receptionists)
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- CPD budget with additional funding for certificates
- VDS fees covered
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Relocation support and visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
