We're proud to be working with a well-established small animal practice in the London area to recruit a confident and driven Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving, community-focused team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a capable all-rounder — someone comfortable with routine and advanced procedures, who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be empowered to shape the clinical direction of the practice and take the reins on both patient care and team mentorship.
🐾 The Role:
You’ll be leading a passionate and supportive veterinary team, delivering high-quality first opinion care while nurturing and developing your colleagues. This is a hands-on clinical role with plenty of variety, including routine consults, surgeries, and the opportunity to work up more complex cases in-house.

- Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
