We’re proud to be partnering with a highly regarded small animal veterinary practice that is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet who enjoys clinical leadership, has a strong interest in orthopaedics, and is looking to shape the future of a practice while delivering outstanding patient care.
🔍 The Role at a Glance:
- Full-time, flexible across 4 or 5 days
- 1 in 6 weekends
- Orthopaedics caseload – ideal for vets looking to focus on or develop this area
- Modern practice with support from a nearby hospital equipped with CT and advanced diagnostics

- Branch Partnership option – own a share in the clinic and build long-term wealth while maintaining clinical freedom
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years’ UK small animal practice experience
- Confident in orthopaedic procedures or with a keen interest in developing this area
- Passion for team leadership, coaching and mentoring
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- A collaborative and progressive mindset
