GVC are proud to be supporting the launch of an exciting new independent veterinary practice opening this winter in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the founding team and play a key role in shaping a modern practice that puts patient care, client experience and team wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.
This is far from your typical veterinary clinic. Designed to feel more like a luxury pet spa than a traditional practice, the environment is bright, welcoming and beautifully finished, creating an outstanding experience for both pets and their owners. Every piece of equipment is brand new, with state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical facilities giving you the tools to deliver the highest standard of clinical care.
You'll be joining an experienced Clinical Director as part of a growing three-vet team, supported by 3-4 Registered Veterinary Nurses and a dedicated Customer Experience Team. Together, you'll create a practice known for exceptional medicine and outstanding customer service.
This role offers an excellent balance of consulting and surgery, with a varied first-opinion caseload and the freedom to pursue your clinical interests. If you hold a certificate, or are looking to work towards one, you'll be fully supported.
The Role
- Salary £55,000–£75,000 depending on experience
- Five-day week for the first six weeks during the practice launch, moving to a four-day week thereafter
- Balanced mix of consultations and surgery
- No sole charge
- Opportunity to help shape a brand-new independent practice from the ground up

We're Looking For
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Strong GP vet with confident medical and surgical skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
