Hours: 40 hours across 4 days, plus a shared weekend rota
Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for the next step in your career? We are working with a well-established small animal practice in West London that is seeking a confident GP Vet to join its supportive and experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a highly autonomous role within a thriving community practice, offering the chance to build strong client relationships, develop your own caseload, and enjoy the support of an experienced clinical network. The practice benefits from modern facilities, experienced veterinary colleagues, and access to advanced referral support when required.
The Role
- 40 hours per week across 4 days
- Shared weekend rota (1 in 3 Saturdays locally or 1 in 6 at a nearby 24-hour hospital)
- Approximately 50% sole charge
- Opportunity to develop and grow a varied GP caseload
- Support from experienced veterinary colleagues and certificate holders
- Access to advanced diagnostics and referral support for complex cases
- Part-time applications considered

About You
- MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident GP Vet with ideally 4–5+ years' experience
- Comfortable with routine consultations and surgery
- Previous sole charge experience preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Keen to contribute to a positive team culture and high clinical standards
