This is a hands-on clinical position within a forward-thinking independent practice, seeing a broad and varied caseload with the freedom to focus on your own clinical interests.

Key details:

• Flexible working pattern – fixed days negotiable
• 1 in 4 weekends (optional)
• Optional OOH work available for additional earnings
• 15-minute consults for quality, unhurried care
• Excellent facilities including orthopaedic and cardiology equipment
• Collaborative, supportive team environment

📍 Location: West Midlands (commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton & surrounding areas)
💼 Employment type: Permanent
🕓 Working pattern: Flexible days, 1 in 4 weekends, optional OOH
💰 Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE)

You’re a confident small animal vet with solid UK experience, capable of working both independently and as part of a supportive team. You’ll thrive in surgery, enjoy variety, and bring a caring, professional approach to every case.

Requirements:

• RCVS registration (or eligibility to register) – essential
• UK small animal experience
• Comfortable with sole charge when required
• Open to all clinical interests — medicine, surgery, or general practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
